• Thank you for the purchase! Since your steps are operating backwards, the issue is likely the reverse polarity of the motor. What you should do is try reversing the red and yellow wires to reverse the functions so the steps aren't out. Additionally, the Kwikee 32 Series Electric RV Steps # LC3722615 does not actually come with the switch kit, however; for that you need the Rocker Switch with Door Sensor for Kwikee Electric RV Steps - 250V # LC369311.
